Where does Ironclad operate?

Ironclad manages risk, insurance, and surety obligations for corporations operating in the Philippines, including PEZA-registered enterprises and multinational subsidiaries. Our work spans Customs Bonds, corporate risk management, PEZA and multinational compliance requirements, and marine insurance advisory.

Ironclad serves corporate and institutional clients, including importers, exporters, logistics operators, PEZA-registered enterprises, multinational subsidiaries, and organisations that need a single local partner for risk, insurance, surety, and compliance coordination.

The Customs Bonds Unit manages bond issuance and portfolio administration for surety companies and the importers they serve. It specialises in Electronic Zone Transfer System (eZTS) and General Transportation Surety Bond (GTSB) requirements, including bond processing, renewals, balance monitoring, exposure tracking, and related Customs Bonds sublines.

Yes. Ironclad supports eZTS-compliant bond processing for PEZA locator-to-locator transfers and assists with GTSB application, renewal, and balance-monitoring requirements. We also coordinate Customs Bonds requirements involving import, export, and transshipment activity.

Corporate Risk Management is Ironclad's outsourced risk and insurance function for organisations that do not need—or do not wish to maintain—an internal risk department. We support risk assessment, insurance-program design, policy administration, renewal management, claims advocacy, and coverage-gap review through one point of contact.

Ironclad assists with PEZA-specific compliance requirements, statutory insurance requirements, coordination with overseas head-office risk teams, and consolidation across property, liability, marine/cargo, and surety lines. Our work is designed for foreign-invested and export-zone entities that need a local partner familiar with both corporate structure and compliance requirements.
